Pilates

Pilates TorontoPilates is a system of exercises designed by the late Joseph Pilates during WW1 in the 1920’s. He combined yoga, breath patterns, gymnastics and weight training to strengthen and realign the body. In the 1980s, a contemporary approach to Pilates was created incorporating advances in health sciences.

This method is called Stott Pilates, and continues to remain at the cutting edge of fitness and science. Our goal at Grace Corps is to provide the highest quality of training, so all of our instructors are certified in the Stott Method. Our Stott Certified instructors will design a workout to meet your wellness goals— whether you wish to recover from injury, improve post-pregnancy core strength, to increase overall fitness or to improve posture.
